BIG HEART DESIGN

Process

Big Heart Design employs a user-centered design approach (or human-centered).

User-centered design is a design philosophy and a process in which the needs, wants and limitations of the user are given extensive attention at each stage of the design process.

The chief difference from other interface design philosophies is that user-centered design tries to optimize the user experience around how people can, want or need to work, rather than forcing the users to change how they work to accommodate the system.

In other words, we blend your organization’s goals, brand and business needs with those of your customers to create a website or online application that is highly effective.

There are four steps to our process of design: Discovery, Analysis, Strategy, and Design.

Big Heart Process
When our church needed to develop a website, we called on the expert advice and execution of Matt Carlisle. He pushed us to utilize features that surpassed my expectation of what the site could be and do. He took the time to understand fully our church's mission of relationships. His project management expertise and strategy development assistance has enhanced our communication and visibilty within our church fellowship and throughout our local community. I simply cannot overstate the benefits that Matt Carlisle brought not just to our website, but to our abilty to live into God's calling.
