Analysis
During the analysis phase, we work with you and your staff to choose the optimal platform to support your website or online application. We firmly believe that the needs of users should drive any project, not the technology. Having the technical requirements from analysis, and user requirements from discovery, we are now able to develop a strategy.
At the completion of the analysis phase, we will deliver a request for proposals (RFP) document detailing platform requirements and specifications. In many cases, we will lead interviews with technology vendors as necessary.
