Research
During the discovery phase of the Big Heart Design development process, we will gather project requirements from your customers (site users) and your organization’s stakeholder. We typically will gather this research by means of interviews, usability testing and surveys. We will also assess the work of organizations offering similar services through our competitive analysis.
At the completion of the discovery phase, you will receive a discovery document containing the executive summary, complete research documentation and competitive analysis.
